Job Description

As the Pharmacy Manager:

· You will be leading the health care team with a passion for making every patient interaction count.
· Your role will be to deliver and exceed profit and sales targets of the pharmacy, by leading, managing and co-ordinating all aspects of the day to day operations.
· You will be focused on building relationships with GPs, health professionals and customers alike and have a strong desire to achieve your targets.
· You will take pride in leading, coaching and inspiring your team to perform whilst recognising their successes.
· You will follow procedures, ensuing clinical governance
· You will ensure accurate payment claims
· You will ensure the customer is at the heart of all activities in the pharmacy
· You will be fully supported by the Superintendent Pharmacist and GP Lead for Pharmacy
