Job Description

We are looking for someone well motivated, reliable and enthusiastic to join our team and help develop our business further. Your job will principally be based in the dispensary. We average 20K items a month, supply mediwallets, cover several care homes and provide a delivery service. We are committed to providing a high quality service and to on-going training to our staff, including training placements for students.

This is a part-time post, covering all aspects of Pharmacy work, counter assistance and advice, preparing and dispensing prescriptions, preparing mediwallets, preparing deliveries, liaising with GP surgeries and other health professionals etc. You will be working along side our qualified team of pharmacists, pre-reg pharmacy student, ACT, trainee technician, dispensers and counter assistants.

21  hours  a week. Flexibility is essential to enable cover for other colleagues annual leave and overtime hours.

Rota;

week 1;

Tuesday 10:30 – 18:30

Thursday 10:30 – 18:30

Friday 13:00 – 19:00

week 2 and 4;

Tuesday 10:30 – 18:30

Thursday 13:00 – 21:00

Sunday 16:00 – 22:00

Week 3 as above but Friday 16:00 – 22:00

There will be other times when work at weekends (evening and daytime) will be required for holiday cover and other absences.
