Shivas Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy established since 1982. We have been providing pre registration training since 1991. The tutor has vast experience in pre registration training who is very enthusiastic, motivated and proactive, offering excellent training in all aspects of pharmacy.
We provide external training with an reputable training provider . This includes external study days and training is provided by specialist pharmacists and covers a wide range of topics including calculation, first aid , responding to symptoms, drug tariff and a full mock exam.
We ensure the training provided covers all the GPhC performance standard and enables the trainee to develop self confidence and become a fully competent pharmacist.
We provide the following services at the pharmacy: travel clinic, flu vaccinations, methadone and buprenorphine supervision, supply of various POM’s under private PGD such as champix, orlistat, salbutamol, norethistrone . The trainee can shadow the accredited pharmacist during these consultation.
