Pharmacist Manager, Slamannan Village Pharmacy, Falkirk

Job Title: Pharmacist Manager
Location: Slamannan near Falkirk, Central Scotland.
Hours: Full time (41.25 hours) or Part time Position (33 hours)
Package: Dependent on experience up to £60,000 pro rata (£28 per hour)
Bonus: Additional mutually agreed Bonus Scheme

The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacist to manage our experienced and dedicated team in Slamannan near Falkirk. We are looking for someone who is patient focussed, pro-active and who cares about delivering our essential service to the close-knit rural local community. We have a well established relationship with the two local GP practices which has evolved over the 30 years of ownership. Unlike the multiples, when you join our family run business you are met with independence, flexibility and autonomy in your role.

Realistic targets are agreed mutually as part of a performance-based bonus structure and a competitive salary is offered depending on experience. The role requires 4-5 days per week with a second experienced Pharmacist currently covering one full day per week. Responsibilities:

• Managing Slamannan Village Pharmacy as Pharmacist Manager in compliance with all legal and regulatory parameters
• Deliver and develop clinical services
• Nurture relationships and develop our wonderful team to continue delivering excellent customer service and patient care.

Requirements:

• MPharm
• Community Pharmacy Experience
• GPhC registration
• Management experience preferred but not required.
