PHARMACY TECHNICIAN/DISPENSARY ASSISTANT POSITION-Hoxton (Shoreditch) London N1 Full Time (40 hours)
We are a well established family-run pharmacy in Hoxton (Shoreditch), London N1. We have a modern working environment offering many NHS & Private Patient services. We are looking for someone with suitable skills to join our Friendly Team and fill the position of full-time Pharmacy Technician/Dispenser. The ideal candidate will have experience as a dispenser (NVQ2 or equivalent) or technician (NVQ3) operating in a busy environment. Good team and communications skills are essential. You MUST have current UK retail experience.
This position is for Monday to Saturdays working on Rota Basis. Additional days to cover holidays will also be available from time to time.
This is a permanent position: This is not a temporary position

ESSENTIAL requirements/skills

Current UK Pharmacy Dispensing experience: Pharmacy Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent)
If you are a counter assistant with strong dispensing experience and a desire to learn then we offer training and support: good dispensing knowledge is required.
UK Dispensary experience is ESSENTIAL or your application cannot be considered.

Fluent spoken and written English
Full UK work permit
Able to work Monday-Saturday (40 hours)
Ability/flexibility to extend hours to cover staff holiday leave.
Basic IT skills incl. MS Word, Excel, numeracy skills
Cash handling/till work experience
Clean CRB check (or able to pass one when required)
Good communication and team working skills.
