St Luke’s Pharmacy, Hedge End
DISPENSARY ASSISTANT VACANCY Ref233BB

*15 ½ hour average: Alternate Mon 1:30pm-5:30pm, Tues 1:30pm-5:30pm, Fri 9am-6pm & alternate Saturday 9am- 12noon

Dispensary Assistant to work under Pharmacist supervision to:
Provide advice to customers on use of medicines and general health and lifestyle matters, ensure safe and correct storage/preparation/labelling and dispensing of medicines, create & update Patient Records.

The ideal applicant would either be Qualified Pharmacy Dispenser or have Dispensary/retail sales/EPOS experience, and be an excellent communicator, team player, be adaptable and have basic IT skills.

*Staff will be expected to be as flexible as possible to do additional hours i.e. at operationally busy times and for holiday/absence cover which will include Saturday working.
