Job Description

St Luke’s PHARMACY – Healthcare/Sales Assistant
Fixed Term Contract till end March 2024

27 ½ average Hours per week: Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs – 9am-1:30pm, Fri 9am-6pm & Alternate Sat 9am-12noon
Healthcare / Sales Assistants are the initial friendly face in providing quality pharmacy patient and customer care. They provide advice and guidance on purchasing/using over the counter medicines and referring patients to pharmacists. They aim to exceed customer expectations by using excellent communication skills in developing relationships. They provide and sell the best products and services for each individual customer in order to assist customers/patients to improve their general health and well-being.

The ideal applicant would have retail/pharmacy experience and a Medicine Counters Assistant (or equivalent) qualification. If you have what it takes to provide an amazing service to every customer who comes through Everetts doors, and enjoy working as part of a busy, close-knit community team please apply.

*Staff to be flexible as Rota may change /potential overtime which may include Saturday and weekday working.
