  • Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
  • Building strong capable pharmacy teams
  • Conducting continual review through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount

Job description…

Your role as a Pharmacist Manager is to carry out day to day activities connected with the preparation and supply of medicines and will provide advice to patients on the use of medicines as well as on general health and lifestyle matters. You will be responsible for the supervision and training of other pharmacy staff and will undertake activities that support the strategic objectives to maximise the profit and potential of the business.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a branch and key accountabilities in developing profitable performance by motivating staff. Employees in this position will have input regarding store merchandise and layout. You will have decision-making responsibilities concerning everyday trading issues and may be required to assist with other branches depending on business needs, duties include developing your team that perform their jobs effectively to meet patients’ needs.
