Permanent full-time dispensing assistant required to work within a busy independent pharmacy, serving the local community and several Care Homes.
Ideally the successful candidate will have:
Medicines Counter Assistant qualification and a Dispensing Assistant qualification (or otherwise be currently working towards accreditation),
A strong work ethic,
Experience of the Electronic Prescription System, with particular reference to Care Homes,
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner,
An understanding of stock management,
Flexibility to work effectively within a small team,
An appreciation of the need to work productively to Standard Operating Procedures.
Effective time management.
Salary negotiable depending on experience. 5 weeks holiday per annum, or equivalent.
Part-time also considered.
