Governance of the NPA

The overarching governance of the NPA is set out in the Articles of Association.

Rules

Article 44 permits the Board to establish rules governing matters relating to company administration. Rules are made by the Board and come into force 28 days after they are published unless a General Meeting is called in which case they shall only take effect after ratification at the General Meeting.

The Association has adopted the following Rules:

1. Code of Conduct for Board Members
2. Membership of the Board
3. Structure of the Board and electoral process (a Board Area map is also provided)
4. Code of Conduct for candidates seeking election to NPA Board
