PharmOutcomes® have announced they will be holding two different MasterClass support sessions to assist licence holders in understanding system functionality and getting the best out of their Pharmaoutcomes® licence.

The sessions also aim to support users further and cover all aspects of Pharmoutcomes® and Outcomes4Health.

The two types of sessions to be held will include the following training at the venues listed below:

·         Sending Messages

·         Editing Existing Service Templates

·         BB Codes

·         Reports

Morning sessions: 9-10am, 10-11am and 11-12pm

Afternoon sessions: 1-2pm, 2-3pm, and 3-4pm

Service design This session will help build a service template from the beginning using a service specification. You must have a basic level of IT knowledge and experience of using PharmOutcomes as a commissioner.

This class is aimed at licence holders who will be designing and building their own service templates. (This is a full day’s training and lunch will be provided).

These sessions are being held free of charge and to reserve a place please email katie.farrell@phpartnership.com –(senior masterclass coordinator) with the following details:

  1. Name of delegate and organisation
  2. PharmOutcomes commissioning area
  3. The MasterClass you wish to attend – If you would like to attend a drop-in session please let us know your preferred time slot and topics for discussion / training requirements
  4. Any accessibility needs or dietary requirements

If there is a high demand, there is only a guarantee for two delegates per licence area. Please contact Pharmoutcomes directly if you wish to reserve more than two places for any session.
