Cancellations & Substitutions:
In the event that the registered delegate is unable to attend due to any reason and provides one weeks’ or more notice via email there are no further obligations. If cancelling from one week up to day of the Event for any reason the registered delegate is required to provide and communicate to the Organiser a suitable replacement from their business of equal or similar seniority and job role. Replacements are subject to acceptance by the Organiser and the specific Event eligibility criteria. Where cancellation is provided within one week of the Event and a replacement is not provided OR upon non-attendance of the initial delegate or their replacement, the standard costs of £20+VAT will be due and invoiced after the event date.
