It is already clear that the Covid crisis will change elements of all parts of the health system, and wider society, in the future. We are keen to gather the thoughts of our members on what the future holds as we move into the “new normal”. What needs to be stopped, started and continued for us to become more resilient? What is important to you, as you lead your businesses and teams to a new way of working and what are the potential opportunities?

We are inviting you to participate in our virtual discussion forum for NPA members in Scotland on:
Wednesday 3rd June, 7.30 – 8.30pm

We will be asking for your early reflections on the Covid crisis and how other changes in the primary-care eco-system, may affect us in community pharmacy.

We will explore the key impact issues in terms of your people, your operations, your customers and your business resilience. This information will inform our discussions with local stakeholders and provide a platform to ensure that NPA’s Scottish members views as independent community pharmacy owners are reflected in plans for new ways of working.

We will also provide a brief update on NPA support available. NPA Board member, Phil Galt, Janice Oman and Michael Lennox, who will facilitate the forum on behalf of the NPA, look forward to your company.
