Boris pays tribute to the efforts of community pharmacy teams

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has paid tribute to the efforts of community pharmacy teams in a special video message.

Mr Johnson, who is self-isolating after testing positive for Coronavirus himself, said: “I think how important it is that our pharmacists are not only dispensing vital medicines but also very often reassuring the customers they interact with. So thank you to our wonderful pharmacists for everything that you are doing.” In his message he also thanked health care staff in general and members of the public for following government advice to stay at home.
