A Class 2 medicines recall has been issued by the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for certain batches of Aripiprazole oral solution 1mg/ml manufactured by Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories (UK) Ltd as stated below.

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories (UK) Ltd has reported the possibility of the presence of small particles of Aripiprazole active material being present in the batch. This may affect the efficacy of the product.

 

Community pharmacists and their teams should stop supplying the above batch of this medicine; quarantine all remaining stock and return to the original supplier.
