National pre-registration pharmacist recruitment evaluation report – Oriel

Health Education England (HEE) has published an evaluation into Phase 1 of the National pre-registration pharmacist recruitment process, which uses the Oriel IT system.

The report explores the immediate impact of the new recruitment scheme, with a particular focus on the reliability, validity, fairness and acceptability of the selection methods used in the recruitment process.
