Patient safety in community pharmacy – CPPSG survey

The Community Pharmacy Patient Safety Group (CPPSG) has produced a short survey about incident reporting and learning around patient safety
The Community Pharmacy Patient Safety Group (CPPSG) has produced a short anonymous survey to gather feedback from pharmacy team members about patient safety culture and practice.
The CPPSG has stated that they “would like to identify any obstacles which prevent open and honest reporting” and encourage respondents to be open and honest when completing the survey.
The survey is expected to take approximately ten minutes to complete and will remain open until Friday 10 May 2019. The CPPSG will share the findings of the survey later this year.
